  • What if I entered the wrong address and need to change?

    kekai Swimwear cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Please check your delivery and billing addresses upon checkout. If there is an error, please contact us immediately at sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however, please note that some orders cannot be adjusted if already posted.

  • I have received the wrong item or size.

    We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect item or sized swimsuit. Please email us at sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au with your name, order number, contact details and brief description. We will inform you of what the procedure is for exchange of correct swimsuit or size ordered and this will be done within 1 business day of receiving your email.

  • I've just placed an order and no confirmation email was received?

    Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in the email address that you have registered with us.  We recommend checking your Junk or Spam folder just in case it has gone there automatically. 

    If you do not receive this confirmation email within this time frame, please send an email to us sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au and we can check into this and confirm for you.


  • How can I change or cancel my order?

    If you realise you have purchased incorrectly or need to make any changes to your order, please email us immediately at sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au with your name, order number, phone number and email address and we will try our best to assist and accommodate your changes. We all make mistakes! All our orders are filled and posted daily so please note that your order may have already been posted. Please remember you can always send back for an exchange. 


    Please note return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


  • What do I do if I receive a faulty swimsuit?

    All of our swimwear styles are handmade here on the Gold Coast and we inspect all items before being packed and shipped to ensure the highest quality of swimwear is being sent to you. If in the unlikely event that swimwear that has been sent to you is faulty, please email us at sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au with photos, your email, phone number and order number so that we can determine what has gone wrong. 


    Please send back by registered post (and include the postage receipt) to our warehouse address that we give you, and you will be refunded for shipping charges once we receive the swimwear and they will be sent back to you free of charge.

  • How do I check my order status?

    You will receive several emails throughout the whole order process from purchase to delivered. Once you place your order, you will receive an email to confirm and then when your order has been shipped, we will send through a tracking link to your email. You can use this link to track your order up until delivery. If you haven’t received this link please check your junk folder. If you still don’t have this link please send an email sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au

  • Can I purchase a gift card online?

    Yes, you certainly can purchase a gift card online. Just search “gift card” in the search bar in the top right-hand corner. Simply select the gift card and the value you would like to load on to the card and continue to add to checkout.


    This is the perfect gift for that someone you never know what to get!


  • Does kekai Swimwear offer discounts.

    We don’t offer any discounts or promotions, because when calculating our pricing we didn’t factor in the need of a discount or sale price. This means that you get the LOWEST PRICES ALL YEAR ROUND…


    A reason that brands offer sales is to run-out stock / fashion that is changing so quickly. For us we are trying to eliminate waste going to land fill.

     

    You can purchase from us knowing you are always getting the best possible price and the highest quality, so there is no need to wait just purchase when you are ready.


  • Which size should I choose?

    We understand that it’s not easy buying swimwear online. We have a size chart which you can view HERE.


    All our swimwear is standard Australia sizing. 

    If we recommend that you need to size up or size down for a particular swimsuit, you'll find this written in the description for that particular swimsuit.


    In each product listing we provide a description of the swimwear and the model's measurements and bikini size she is wearing in the photo for your reference.

  • Can I order a different size top & bottom?

    Absolutely! All of our bikinis are sold separately. You are welcome to purchase any size or as many tops or bottoms as you wish.

  • Do all prints come in all styles?

    Unfortunately, at this stage not all prints come in all styles. However, should you want a particular print and style please email us as we are happy to cater to your needs. Email us at sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept PayPal, credit cards and debit cards as well AfterPay for AUS, NZ and US based customers.

  • My size is unavailable when will it be back in stock?

    In the style you require there will be 2 options if out of stock firstly Pre Order that way you will be guaranteed in the next order of that style and size you require. Otherwise you can click the Notify Me tab, enter your email and size to be one of the first customers to know when your style and size is back in stock! Or email us the style, size and colour and we can let you know the situation of stock.

  • What can I do if my promo code or gift card isn’t working?

    Make sure you enter the code exactly as it was given to you, in capitals and lower case and also without any spaces. You can only use one promo code per order. If you are still having any troubles with your promo code or gift card, then don’t hesitate to contact us!

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    kekai Swimwear offers exchange or store credit.

    kekai Swimwear is not responsible for the loss of swimwear being returned.

     

    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no exchanges are available.


    We will process your return within 1-2 business days once received. Please send your order back with registered mail.


    kekai Swimwear cannot guarantee sizes, prints and colours will be available when exchanging, so please email us sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au ASAP and we are happy to check stock on the required piece. 

    All items must have tags and liners in place, this includes size labels. Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. If your suit comes back with no liners, hang tags or size tags cut off you will not be given an exchange or store credit, you will be given the option to pay for return postage. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


    Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. 


  • Can I Return My Bikini If I Used A Discount Code?

    Yes, absolutely we can do a return for exchange. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no exchanges are available. 

  • Can I return an item that doesn’t fit?

    Of course! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Given your items comply with our return policy, you are more than welcome to send it back for an exchange or store credit. This can be used at any time as your store credit has no expiry date!

    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no exchanges are available. 


  • How long will my return take?

    Australian returns can take up to 2 weeks to get back to our warehouse and International returns can take up to 2 - 4 weeks with postage taken up most of this time. However, once we receive your return it will be processed within 2 business days. We will let you know as soon as it has been received and processed!

  • How do I return my item?

    In order to do an exchange, you must first email us at sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au strictly within 14 days of receiving your swimwear to notify us of your issue. Once we receive your request, we will then contact you to give you instructions on how to send back your swimwear for exchange. Once we have received your swimwear and we have inspected your swimwear, we will contact you.

  • What fabrics does kekai Swimwear use?

    Italian Lyrca - Vita by Carvico: our sustainable techno-fabric, made of an ECONYL® regenerated Nylon that turns waste problems into fashion. Vita is versatile, hyper-resistant, thin, elegant, stretch, soft and breathable: a unique mix of muscular compression and comfort. Thanks to its innovative construction, it is twice as resistant to chlorine and suntan creams and oils than other fabrics.

  • Where is kekai swimwear made?

    kekai Swimwear is proudly 100 % Australian owned, designed and made here on the Gold Coast, we use high quality Italian lycra fabrics, loved for their beautiful feel on skin. Our styles have been hand made here in Australia, tried and tested personally by Lee-Anne to best fit our customers with comfort, quality and confidence as the key focus.

  • How do you recommend I care for my swimwear? Care instructions

    The Secret behind caring for your kekai swimwear for long lasting.


    Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash with mild detergent.


    Do not soak, bleach, dry clean, iron or tumble dry. NEVER put your swimwear in the dyer.

    Line dry or lay flat out of direct sunlight.

    Avoid any rough surfaces such as pool edge or rough ground in general.


    Try to avoid oils, tinted sunscreen and fake tanning products as these can also mark your bikini. (If using these products please ensure they are completely dry before they come in contact with your bikini).


    Do not pack or store when wet.

    Remove any excess water and dry without delay.


    Separate light colours from dark before washing.


    Avoid excess contact with suntan lotions and harsh chemicals sometimes found in Saunas, spas and pools.


    White and pastel colours, and light weight garments may appear transparent when wet.

    Although the best possible dyes are selected, the fastness of some shades must be treated with caution. Particular care should be taken with contrasting colours in one garment.

    Please Note: Bright Colours / Fluros. We strongly recommend you pre-wash these garments separately in cold water with a teaspoon of salt. Some colours are not colourfast, and you will find the dye will run after multiple hand washes. Continue to wash separately in cold water after each use.


  • Do you manufacture custom design or custom prints bikinis?

    You will need to contact us with the design / print / colour you require, and we are happy to look and give you a price for your requirements.

  • What shipping method do you offer?

    We offer standard post, express post and for international customers DHL Express.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Australia

    Orders are dispatched within 1 business days. Please note that any orders placed before


    11 am will be dispatched on the same business day.


    Depending on your locating in Australia delivery time will vary.


    Within QLD: 2 - 5 business days


    NSW: 3 – 7 business days

    VIC & SA: 4 – 12 business days

    WA: 6 – 16 business days

    N.T: 5 – 12 business days


    Please allow 1-3 business days for express and depending on your location.


    Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 


    It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct and safe address for swimwear to delivered to. It is the responsibility of the customer if their package is unclaimed or returned back to kekai Swimwear marked with the incorrect address. kekai Swimwear does not offer free re-shipping to the customer, customer must pay. 


    Should you require your swimwear urgently, you will be able to select the express option at checkout for an additional charge. Depending on your location in Australia most parcels will take 1 – 2 business days. 


    International Shipping


    Orders are dispatched within 1 business days.


    Please allow 1 - 7 business days for International Express Parcels. Please note during launches and sales there may be a delay in dispatching your order. You will receive a tracking number directly from DHL when your swimwear is sent, and you will be able to track your swimwear through ww.dhl.com.au/en/express/tracking. If you are not home to receive your parcel, they will leave a slip in the mailbox.


    kekai Swimwear is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international orders. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please email us sales@kekaiswimwear.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as we can. kekai Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. 


    The customer is responsible if their package gets returned to kekai Swimwear marked as unclaimed or incorrect address and does not offer free shipping back to the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.


     

  • What is the cost for delivery worldwide?

    Yes, we deliver worldwide. All packages are sent express with DHL shipping, and will be estimated on checkout. International orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.

  • I'm having difficulties with my shipping & checkout?

    Sometimes when you return to your cart and complete your purchase, difficulties can happen. Firstly, try resetting your browser, or clearing your history.

    Australian orders 

    All orders are sent with Sendle and Australia Post. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order through this link

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please contact us if you need something shipped to your PO Box and we can arrange this through Australia Post. We mainly use Sendle for shipping.
